The service, which is based at Silverbank Park in Chatham, is used by students who attend schools in the Medway Local Authority catchment area.
The team at Onside is able to offer a vast range of therapeutic interventions including Counselling, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy (individual and group), Therapeutic Garden Therapy and Reflexology.
The appropriate intervention is based upon the identification of needs and follows an initial assessment.
The wide range of therapeutic skills available means that support can be targeted to the individual needs of a young person both in and outside of their school.
From time to time, Onside will look at recruiting new therapists to join the experienced close team already in place.
